 Create & Construct was built on a foundation of friendship, family, and hard work.

Brendan Glean, a second-generation framer and carpenter, has been building alongside his dad since he was just fifteen years old. By seventeen, he was apprenticing full-time on framing projects in the North Georgia mountains — learning the craft the old-fashioned way, through grit and hands-on experience.

Ten years later, Brendan met Lance Pettyjohn on a job site, and the two quickly became inseparable. Lance, also a second-generation tradesman, learned the art of plumbing and home remodeling from his father. What started as a shared respect for quality work grew into a lifelong friendship — and eventually, a business built on trust, skill, and shared values.

Together, Brendan and Lance brought their vision to Franklin, Tennessee, where Create & Construct was born. For more than a decade, they’ve been helping clients across the Nashville area bring their projects to life with craftsmanship, creativity, and a genuine love for what they do.
