This is a photo of a Historical zoning renovation on Park Ave.This is an example of a complex renovation.This home is over 100 years old and we brought it back to life to replicate how it would have looked in its original beauty. Below are some of the interior spaces in completion.

This is the view as you enter the front door.We love a good challenge.Even the foundation had to be replaced while supporting the original framing.Art work throughout the home was created with various pieces of the wood from the home during the renovations.
